Our Story
NuFlo was born from a personal journey to restore balance and health. In 2022, our founder was diagnosed with severe anemia, leaving her exhausted and unable to perform at her best. Her body lacked essential nutrients, leading to relentless fatigue, heart palpitations, and dependence on over five cups of coffee a day just to stay awake. This experience changed her life and inspired NuFlo’s mission to support wellness from the inside out.
In 2024, her co-founder discovered the power of cycle syncing, a practice that involves adjusting nutrition to support each phase of the menstrual cycle. By eating to support her gut health and balance her hormones, she found relief from the symptoms that once held her back.
